Technology Overview

As part of this work on the invention, it has created a silicon shell made of phosphor nanoparticles. In the invention, it was used a silicon dioxide powder (SiO2) or a medium-diameter semiconductor powder ~ 50-200 nm as carriers of silicon nanoparticles (SiNp). Semiconductor powder includes doped metals ZnO (zinc oxide), ZnS (zinc sulfate), or Y2O2S (phosphorus powder). The synthesis of Si nanoparticles occurs in an isopropyl alcohol medium.

Technology Features and Specifications

A distinctive feature of Nano “Si” production is that its synthesis does not require expensive and particularly dangerous chemical precursors. The chemicals used in the synthesis are readily available on the market, some can be found in a regular pharmacy. NanoSi synthesis technology eliminates the formation of illiquid, and chemicals are used repeatedly in the production process. Thus, the harmful impact on the environment is minimal.

Customer Benefits

The main product is a phosphor powder containing Nano particles of phosphorus and silicon. The products of the chemical laboratory will be suitable as an additive to the phosphor mixture, in the manufacture of LEDs for lighting equipment. The price of products will be determined in accordance with the price of foreign analogues, since phosphors are not produced in Kazakhstan. The essence of the price calculation method is that the manufacturer determines the current price of the imported product minus 20%, which allows you to get a competitive price. Then it compares the calculated price with the price of the nearest analog.
